Spring Book Club: Chronicles of Narnia: the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe: Welcome

• The purpose of this book club is to read and enjoy literature! So, if you love books, and you're ready to discuss them... you're in the right place.
• You may find that you disagree with something that another member of the group has said.
• It is okay to disagree as long as it's done respectfully.
• Inappropriate behavior and/or language will not be tolerated.
• Please respect the authority of the moderator.
• Keep on topic, but feel free to introduce information that is relevant to the discussion (historical facts, bio details, book background, related authors or topics).
• No Spoilers! 

BOOKS WILL BE READY FOR PICKUP NEXT WEEK!

February 13th-23^rd:Books available for pick up. Read Ch. 1-6

February 24^th: Discuss and watch movie clips based on 1-6

February 25^th-March 23^rd: read Ch. 6-17

March 24^th: Discuss and watch movie clips based on the rest of the book

April 28^th: Watch the rest of the movie and have final discussions on book and movie(this session may run over an hour, depending on how much of the movie we get to see in prior 2 sessions)

This semester, due to limited funding, we are unable to purchase titles for members to keep. Instead, we will be utilizing the public library's Book Kit to get copies of this semester’s title, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis. Please be sure to finish the book and return in by March 24^th.  Therefore, it is also very important that borrowed books are taken very good care of and returned with no marks or damage, if avoidable.
